I'm a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) student at Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) currently completing my clinical training under the supervision of Lee! I have been a registered nurse for 13 years, with 12 years of experience specializing in labor and delivery nursing. Through my work caring for women and families during some of life’s most vulnerable moments, I developed a deep passion for emotional wellness, attachment, and the lasting impact relationships have on mental health.

Following my own personal experiences, I felt called to further my education so I can help others rediscover their self-worth, healing, and resilience. I approach care through a trauma-informed lens and believe in treating the whole person through compassionate therapy, thoughtful medication management, and a strong therapeutic relationship.

I have a strong interest in recognizing and treating mental health disorders that may develop in the context of trauma, abuse, coercive control, and domestic violence. I am passionate about helping individuals understand how past experiences, relationships, attachment patterns, and family dynamics can shape emotional and behavioral health across the lifespan. My goal is to provide a safe and supportive environment where clients feel empowered to heal, rebuild confidence, and develop healthier relationships with themselves and others.

In addition to working with adults, I am passionate about supporting children and families as a whole. I value a family-centered approach to care and believe healing is often most effective when the needs of the entire family system are acknowledged and addressed. My clinical interests include maternal mental health, trauma, attachment, anxiety, depression, family dynamics, and helping individuals strengthen their overall emotional wellness and sense of self.
